H2 Compressor

The Flexergy compressor was designed to increase the reliability of green hydrogen plants by reducing downtime due to compressor maintenance.

In this way, it increases overall output through better utilisation of the electrolyser.

Our proprietary compressor technology employs simple and known engineering principles in a patent-pending system configuration made from proven and tested components, to create a workhorse machine designed from the ground up for greater reliability.

Fewer moving parts and no diaphragm leads to longer times between servicing and faster time to repair.

Uniquely placed in the market, Flexergy’s compressor operates at near isothermal compression, minimising energy which is lost in current compression technologies.

This novel approach leads to an ultra-efficient process delivering high-pressure, high-purity hydrogen gas at lower operating costs.

H2 Storage Container

Using Flexergy’s high-pressure hydrogen gas storage solution in conjunction with the Flexergy compressor maximises and compounds the energy efficiencies achievable relative to the alternative systems.

This close integration translates to lower operating costs and cheaper hydrogen.

The 40ft ISO shipping container can be specified with Type I cylinders to maximise value for money and be fully recyclable at end of life, or with lightweight Type IV or V cylinders to minimise transport costs when used as a tube trailer for shipping by road, rail or sea.
